What Xvert does

Xvert reads a bank statement PDF you provide and produces the same information as a spreadsheet. It checks each row against the running balance printed on your statement and reports whether the figures reconcile.

Xvert is not a bank

Xvert is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any bank. Bank names appear on this site only to describe which statement formats the tool can read. Xvert has no access to your bank account, cannot move money, and cannot see anything you do not upload yourself.

Only upload statements you are entitled to

You must have the right to process any statement you upload — your own, your organisation's, or a client's with their authority. You are responsible for that.

Check the output

The reconciliation check is thorough and it is not a guarantee. It verifies that the extracted rows agree with the balances your statement prints; it cannot detect an error your bank made, and it cannot verify a statement that has no running balance column. Xvert is a conversion tool, not an audit, accounting or tax service, and does not provide financial advice. Review the output before relying on it for anything that matters.

Credits

Conversion and verification are free. Downloading a converted statement uses credits, priced per page, after a monthly free allowance. Credits do not expire. The cost of a download is shown before you are charged. Credits are not transferable and have no cash value.

If a download fails or is charged in error, email us and we will correct the balance.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Statements are held for 30 minutes after conversion; if you do not download in that window you will need to convert again, at no additional charge if you have already been billed for it.

Closing your account

You may stop using Xvert at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms or the law.
