How it works
- One credit converts one page. Open your statement in any PDF reader and look at its page count — that is exactly what it costs, less whatever your free allowance covers.
- How many statements is that? It depends entirely on yours, and the honest answer is that we cannot tell you. The real statements we have tested run from a single page to over nine hundred; a month is often around twenty pages and a full year far more.
- Conversion is free. Upload, see every row and whether it reconciles, and decide afterwards whether you want the file.
- Credits never expire and there is no subscription. Buy once, use them whenever.
- You are never charged twice for the same statement. Download it in Excel, CSV and JSON, and convert it again later, all on one payment.
- Working as a team? Tell us and we will put everyone on one shared balance, so you buy once and nobody runs out mid-job.
- Converting constantly? Enterprise is unlimited pages for a year on one agreed price, with a fair-use allowance sized to what you actually convert. Go past it and the account simply returns to credits — nobody is cut off mid-audit. Tell us roughly how much you convert and we will quote.
Payments
Card, bank transfer and USSD, handled by Paystack. Card details are entered on Paystack’s systems and never reach Xvert. Prices are in Nigerian Naira.
Refunds
If a download fails or you are charged in error, tell us and we will put the credits back.
